What is the difference between Cropwise, General and Internal courses?

CROPWISE courses are focused on the efficient usage of the Cropwise Operations system. The INTERNAL courses folder keeps courses available only to the employees of your company. The GENERAL courses folder keeps them available to all Cropwise Operations users.

How can I add a new course to the Academy?

You just need to send course content (title, brief description, lessons and questions for a test) in editable format (word, txt, etc.) to academy.support@cropio.com. In your message, please define a course type: Public or Internal. Course will appear on GENERAL or INTERNAL page within 96 hours.

Can I add Public course?

Yes, you can. The procedure is the same as for adding Internal courses – just define the course type as “Public”. Cropwise Operations Academy keeps the right to suspend public course publishing in case of copyright issues or agressive advertisement content.

How can I check if somebody finished the course?

Currently there are two options available: 1. You can send a message to the person with a request to return the Course Certificate, received if all lessons of the course are completed and tests are passed or 2. If you have admin rights, you can view courses reports of all employees in HR Admin tab.

If I want the course which is available only to certain employees?

When sending course materials, put course type as Internal and name employees who should have access to it. If course is marked as Internal without details – it will be available to all registered employees of the company.

Can I add video or audio to the course?

Yes, you can. You can add video or audio as one of the lessons or simply an attachment to the course. Just write a request to academy.support@cropio.com and our team will assist you.

Where can I see the status of my courses?

There is a My Profile button at the right top corner of the site. There you can find your profile details, all assigned and completed courses as well as a status for pending ones.

Academy service is supported by a different team and we appreciate if you send all your Academy requests using a Support page on this site. Our colleagues maintaining your satellite images service are working hard to provide you with high quality images and analysis. We don’t want the Academy service to harm a quality of our core product in any way.
